Every Avena solid gold piece is made to order for you, then shipped free of charge.

How long will it take?

Please allow about 2 weeks in total.

Production: about 1 week. Your piece is made, set and checked.
Delivery: about 1 week once it ships.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order. Customs and duty fees, where they apply, are paid by the customer. Australian orders include 10% GST at checkout.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number when your piece ships. Tracking can take a few days to show movement. Need help? Email info@avenajewelry.com with your order number and we'll reply within 48 hours.

Address and delivery

We ship to the address entered at checkout, so please check it carefully. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. All orders ship with tracking.
