Materials & Care

Our gold

• 18K gold is 75% pure gold, alloyed for strength. Available in yellow and white.
• 14K gold is 58.5% pure gold.
• 10K gold is 41.7% pure gold, our most durable option.
• 9K gold is 37.5% pure gold, hard-wearing and ideal for everyday bands.

All of these are solid gold, not plated, and every piece is stamped with its gold karat hallmark.

Our stones

• Natural diamonds on pieces marked natural.
• Lab-grown diamonds: chemically and optically identical to mined diamonds, and not mined.
• Moissanite: a gemstone in its own right, graded D–E colour and VVS clarity. It is not a diamond.
• AVENA stones (e.g. AVENA White Diamond, AVENA Garnet): our lab-created gemstone simulants.

Care

• Put jewellery on after perfume, lotion and hairspray.
• Take it off to shower, swim, exercise, clean or sleep.
• Keep it away from chlorine and household chemicals.
• Clean with warm water, a drop of mild dish soap and a soft toothbrush, then rinse and pat dry.
• Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined box.
• Have pavé and claw settings checked by a jeweller regularly.
