Is your jewellery real gold?

Yes. Our pieces are solid gold (18K, 14K, 10K or 9K as stated on each listing), not plated, and each is stamped with its gold karat hallmark.

Are your diamonds real?

Each listing says exactly what the stone is: natural diamond, lab-grown diamond, moissanite or an AVENA simulant.

How long will my order take?

Pieces are made to order. Production takes about 1 week and delivery about 1 more, so allow around 2 weeks.

Is shipping free?

Yes, on every order. Duties and customs fees are paid by the customer.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Australian customers can pay in 4 interest-free instalments with Afterpay at checkout.

Can I return my piece?

Made-to-order solid gold can't be returned for change of mind. Orders can't be cancelled. Faulty items are covered; see Returns & Exchanges.

How do I find my ring size?

Use our Ring Sizing guide (US sizes). Resizing is not available, so please check before ordering.
