Solid gold is made for you

Because every piece is made to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. This doesn't affect your rights under consumer law.

Cancellations

Pieces are made to order as soon as you place your order, so orders can't be cancelled.

Sizing

Resizing is not available, so please check your size with our Ring Sizing guide before ordering.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, email info@avenajewelry.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a repair or replacement.

Warranty: limited lifetime on solid gold

Solid gold pieces are covered by our limited lifetime warranty. If a stone comes loose or chips, we'll repair it at our cost the first time. For later repairs, you send the piece to our jeweller at your cost, and the repair work itself is free. The warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear or damage from chemicals or neglect.

Email info@avenajewelry.com with your order number before sending anything back. Items returned without contacting us first can't be processed.
