In some instances your order may arrive as separate packages. This could be because:
- Certain items are out of stock and on order;
- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office.

WHAT IS PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING TIME?
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time and they both should be added together to get the total delivery time.
Orders generally take 2 - 3 business days to be processed.
Tracking numbers may take from 2 - 14 days to become active.
WHAT ARE THE IMPLICATIONS OF CANCELLING MY ORDER?
Standard Shipping Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours after your order is received with no cancellation fee. Expedited shipping orders may be cancelled if they have not already shipped. In order to ensure timely delivery expedited orders are fulfilled asap and we cannot guarantee that they can be cancelled once placed. They may, however, be returned for a full refund when received.
After 24 hours your order may not be cancelled. You may apply for a return when the item arrives. Note this does not apply to solid gold items as they are made to order.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, please email us at the below address to arrange a hassle-free return, but you must contact us within 60 days of the arrival of your package as registered by USPS or similar. This does not apply to free promotional items. Their shipping fee is non-refundable.
We will help you arrange a return to our domestic USA address and send you $10 of store credit to cover the shipment cost.
Please note that any complimentary items associated with the purchased item being returned must be returned as well in order to obtain a full refund.
Furthermore, this policy is void for items returned without first contacting Avena Birthstones.
WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?
We will ship the package to the shipping address entered at the time of purchase and accept no responsibility if the entered address was incorrect; however, please email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.

We will ship your item in the size nominated by you at your time of purchase and accept no responsibility if the entered size was incorrect; however, please email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS UNCLAIMED?
We are not responsible for any packages returned to sender because they were refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, were labelled with an incorrect or insufficient address, or for any other reason.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOM / DUTY FEES?
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding any fees that may be applicable to your purchase.
